People come from all over the world to visit France with us – America, Australia, South Africa, the UK and lots of places in between – often as part of an extended tour. Years of experience has taught us that no two holidays are ever the same, so we don’t do online booking, we prefer to talk to people and find out how we can best fit in with their plans.
Both Le Papillon and Nymphea normally set sail on a Sunday – but anything is possible. The season in Burgundy starts at the end of April and runs through until October. In the Loire Valley we have a shorter season and the dates can vary – we can’t actually cruise on the Loire itself, so we cruise on the parallel river Cher (which means we can see Chenonceau) and at certain times of year the river is closed so the fish can run to their spawning grounds.
But simply drop us an email with the dates you’re thinking of coming, or better still give us a call and we can tell you which barge is available and sort out any details.
